You know, this whole 'posting often' thing - a foreign concept far beyond the human imagination... ---Actually, I never have much to say during the summer (lame!), but this entry is a big ole' Entry of Fail. Why, you may ask? Well, I'll tell you.
Fail #1: I'm pretty sure this is one of the most basic Teenage Stories.
Fail #2: I can't seem to drive when my mother is in the car. It's like a visceral reaction. Not quite sure why, considering I did fine with it when I was actually learning how to drive. Now, though - it's like a jinx. I am a horrible driver when my mother is in there with me. Not blaming her or anything, but damn. That was some awesome fail!driving last night. Otherwise... I'm a good driver, I swear.
Fail #3 (just to finish off the trilogy): I haven't actually failed a third time yet. I'll be working on it.
Any of you had big fails of your own recently? Do tell.
(P.S.: Things that have made me happy: Mayflower opening, my mom fixing the fail, and nobody noticing me run that red light.)
Fail #1: I'm pretty sure this is one of the most basic Teenage Stories.
- Child gets a new phone.
- Family receives large bill of phenomenal proportions.
- Angry words fly through the air like large, graceless boulders of guilt.
- Child (actually, I'm an 'adult' now, making this an even bigger fail than before) admits to not fully understanding new phone & provided services.
- Mom calls in to phone company, acts ridiculous, and angrily fixes fail.
- (It actually wasn't my fault, as the phone had been pre-set to tug a few dollars of service every five minutes or so for the past month. But still.)
