Reply and I'll give you a letter. Find five songs that start with that letter and post them to your journal.

[livejournal.com profile] cretey gave me the letter S.

Super Rad by the Aquabats. This is a really, really bouncy song. Listen to it and you'll feel better because it's just so ridiculous.

Starship Trooper by Yes. Amazing song, and it's a bit long - they keep the amazing up all through it. Get it.

Scarborough Fair by Simon and Garfunkel. A beautiful song based of an old folk song. Plus, S&G is just wonderful in entirety.

Stonehedge by Spinal Tap. An awesome song that requires the viewing of 'This is Spinaltap.' So do it.

Staralfur by Sigur Ros. The language is Icelandic. Very, very pretty and soothing.

And as an awesome, super-special extra:

Erection by The Faint.

You tried for perfection,
Then...
Oh.
Uh-oh.
ERECTION!

(I'll take a letter, too).

[identity profile] floweranza.livejournal.com 2006-08-08 04:14 am (UTC)(link)
ERECTION! We shout this and no one turns around. Eh, CTY?

Take an M, for Margaret. :)

[identity profile] vikalpa.livejournal.com 2006-08-08 05:20 am (UTC)(link)
And yet they turn around when I say, "please, sir, may I have some more cock?"

[identity profile] floweranza.livejournal.com 2006-08-08 05:26 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, obviously we've got some investigating to do here.

Who's with me?

[identity profile] just2look.livejournal.com 2006-08-08 04:11 am (UTC)(link)

[identity profile] floweranza.livejournal.com 2006-08-08 05:26 am (UTC)(link)
Love and hugs!

Have an R, dearest.

(Hey! Thanks. :) How was your summer, besides hot?)

Re: <3

[identity profile] emoon.livejournal.com 2006-08-08 05:54 am (UTC)(link)
i guess it only makes sense that half my Rs have to do with Rain then...

will have fun with this then :)

(mm. it was relaxing. never did get a job. now i'm bogged down with summer assignments and such. oh, and we had a tiny earthquake - exciting!)

Re: <3

[identity profile] floweranza.livejournal.com 2006-08-08 06:06 am (UTC)(link)
Mm, did I make the right choice, then? Alright. :)

(Ooh, exciting! Shake-bang-bang-yo. I still have my job of teethistry (o no), and I'm not so much bogged down by summer assignments as I am bogged down by nothing to do. Ay! Hope you get through the work alright.)

[identity profile] petershechem.livejournal.com 2006-08-08 04:51 pm (UTC)(link)
Pleeease? :)

I just love your pig icon. To death. Reminds me of propaganda videos. Propaganda is love.

[identity profile] floweranza.livejournal.com 2006-08-08 05:17 pm (UTC)(link)
Pig = propoganda = love? How does your brain work, Peter? :)

Have a P! - to follow the theme.

[identity profile] petershechem.livejournal.com 2006-08-08 05:25 pm (UTC)(link)
Simple transitive property, mah dear. If both pigs and propoganda equal love, then pigs and propoganda must equal each other.

Most people would think of an old Mickey Mouse cartoon when they see that. I think American propoganda.

They might as well = each other. =]

[identity profile] floweranza.livejournal.com 2006-08-08 05:29 pm (UTC)(link)
(I spelled propaganda wrong! Don't listen to me, dear! [laugh] ...well, alright, listen most of the time.)

I see, I see! I see. Interestin'.

By the way, Pete, have you looked at the class list for 2006-2007 yet? If you have, what classes are you considering?

[identity profile] mira-nevlome.livejournal.com 2006-08-09 01:08 am (UTC)(link)
I wants a letter Eve, and I wants it NOW! *stamps foot like Veruca Salt* XD

I wub you! <3

[identity profile] floweranza.livejournal.com 2006-08-09 03:25 am (UTC)(link)
MIRA! For some reason, long time no see! I love you! [hug]

Have a K!

[identity profile] amaranthinesong.livejournal.com 2006-08-09 03:37 am (UTC)(link)
Oh god, Scarborough Fair is one of my favorite songs of all time. I love The Graduate. <3

[identity profile] floweranza.livejournal.com 2006-08-09 03:46 am (UTC)(link)
Mm! I don't know that one. I'll get it. :)

Want a letter, hon?

[identity profile] amaranthinesong.livejournal.com 2006-08-09 03:59 am (UTC)(link)
Surely. ^_~ Lol. The Graduate is a movie made in 1968, starring Dustin Hoffman when he was just a wee young'in. It's one of my favorite movies period. <3 If you like an intellectual movie with some weird twists and a Simon and Garfunkel soundtrack, you're good to go.

[identity profile] floweranza.livejournal.com 2006-08-09 04:01 am (UTC)(link)
Oh! Dude! Alright, I'll get it - from Blockbuster. [laugh] That's me and my lacking movie knowledge...

Have a G. :)
