do people actually ever finish this Nanowrimo shit they do? like..is there a particular word limit you need to get up to?

Some people finish, yeah, but it's like a small percent out of all the people who try it out.

The minimum is 50,000 words.

Oooo, I'm doing Nanowrimo! I got up to 10,000 words last time, and I quit because it was a week before the contest ended and I couldn't make up 40,000 words by then. We can be writing buddies! XD
