Mmm, well, midterms start tomorrow...

Fun? Agony? Might-as-well-get-it-over-with?

Speaking of that, the specific ones tomorrow are Gym and Science. Though Science is clearly the one that worries me, Gym is... well, not much better. Two straight hours of playing volleyball tomorrow in the morning, and that's just total crap. Plus, there's this one guy on my team -- he needs anger management, I swear. The man's a straight FREAK-OUT squad, all in one. You know, maybe if he cared about his team getting farther or not, he wouldn't get himself SAT OUT FOR THE WHOLE PERIOD for slamming the fucking ball at another team. (Might I mention he's a great player, and pretty essential to the team?)

:| Just... god. We're 2nd best in the period, and it did not help.

Science, well... I'll fly. Let's see how far I fall afterwards. :P *ahaha*

HOL-wise stuff, which is always fun to talk about. ;)

I honestly think Creature Feature is going to be a blast for everyone -- I adore the people on my team, and that's why I'm on it. *bg* The whole idea is really awesome, and I commend Cyn for sticking it up again... things were getting a bit deadish, so it'll be great if we have as much fun with this as we had with the kidnappings.

That was just GOLD. XD

Also, *deep breath*, Tay, Cass, Say, Leci, Chloe, Nuvi, and I are chipping away at that-thing-John-was-practically-killing-to-know-about, which is also (hopefully) going to be a ton of fun for everyone. It's coming soon. ;)

(So no killing for it, aight? *snickers*)

A bit of a pondering, as well. Even though you may not know people in real life, you still end up caring [by getting to know them] about what they think of you. Is it right or wrong, then, to be upset by what people you've never actually met and know only by words say?

...perhaps, of course, 'right' and 'wrong' are not the correct terms.

Gaaawd, I swear, PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO ATTACK AMY AND I IN SPANISH CLASS WITH MAKE-UP. Make-up! Me and make-up? NO WAY IN HELL, YOU BLOOD SUCKERS.

"Bwehehehe, you'd look so cute in this tan eyeshadow!"
"Can we pleeeaaase do something?"
"OMG LET YOUR BANGS GROW OUT JULIA PLEASE I'LL KILL FOR YOU TO DO IT."

Scary-ass-shit. o.O Very scary. I'm terrified.

Nothing new, really, otherwise... though, if you're in the FMA scene and have finished the series, I turn you to Coeur d'Acier and Alter!Series.

Absolutely genius... gorgeous stuff... just....

*twitch*

SOPRETTYYOUMUSTGOSEEOMG. Advertising done. Now I can go snog that drawing of Ed and Roy's kiss. ;)

Creature Feature is the third riddle game to be ran in HOL in a four month time span. Gryffindor, in general, tends to be driven towards perfection; so, therefore, I think this one will be quite good. I am looking forward to this one: something refreshing, after playing the kidnapping game and *shivers* Slytherin's attempt at a game =)

Multi-planar games NEED a clear finish line [and method to cross it], this has it. Multi-planar games NEED an information nexus plane, this has it. The only two things I see that fail to meet true and fair riddle game standards are:
A. If you're going to have dependent clues, 1. they MUST be related ONLY to a SPECIFIC object or theme in the game, and 2. they can NOT be game-state-dependent (A.K.A. "how far progressed are you?")
B. There must =always= be the POSSIBILITY of solving the game, from the moment the riddle is on until the moment the riddle is off. Releasing clues "bi-weekly" (or similar) destroys this very, very important tenet to a fair game.

Otherwise, though, yes, Creature Feature should definitely prove better than Slyth's mockery of a riddle game, and quite a bit better than the rather arbitrary and swift ending that the kidnapping game had. Sadly, though, I can't claim a victory since I'm not allowed in =(. However, I will know, personally, if I "won" or not when they announce the answers in the end =)
